Subscription terms, cancellation and refunds
What Samevian Plus is
Samevian Plus raises the daily limits on AI answers, audio and offline downloads, and increases how many domains you can study at once. It does not remove limits: the underlying AI has a real per-request cost, and an unlimited tier would mean either a bill we cannot predict or a quiet throttle we did not tell you about.
Price and billing period
Plus is offered monthly or annually at the price shown on the page at the moment you subscribe. A regional price applies in some countries; it is shown before payment, not after. Payment is taken by our merchant of record, who is the seller for tax purposes and issues the invoice.
Renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We do not raise the price of a running subscription; a price change applies from your next renewal and you are told before it takes effect.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Plus until then. Cancelling does not delete your account or your progress.
Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of a first purchase and have not used Plus beyond the free limits, we refund it in full, no questions. After that we refund the unused remainder of an annual period on request. Statutory rights in your country apply on top of this and are never reduced by it.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Plus stays active for a short grace period while the payment is retried. If it still fails, the subscription expires and the account returns to the free limits. Nothing is deleted.
One subscription, both clients
A subscription bought on this website unlocks the Android app for the same account, and one bought in the app unlocks this website. It is attached to your account, not to the device or the store you bought it from.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the version that applies to you is the one in force when you subscribed or last renewed.
